ISF Stewards represent the future of the human race. They have the skills and attitude to persevere in ANY environment as part of the community.
As an ISF Steward, you and your family are taking on the enterprising spirit of exploration and human habitation. Rather than repeat harmful methods of colonization and settlement, ISF Stewards have agreed to embody the core organizing policies of the ISF: To respect life, to nurture the natural environment, to establish peaceful human exploration and discovery efforts across the stars.
ISF Stewards dedicate themselves to learning and practicing the knowledge and skills necessary to establish habitations, infrastructure, communities, industry, and resource management. As a Steward, we learn the basics of how to sustainably use what is available in the natural environment to create shelter, to grow food, to manage resources, to design experiences, and to navigate the politics of human interactions.

Whether you are designing a space station, creating a farm, learning where natural resources come from and how to utilize them sustainably, developing a sustainable and shared community, creating fun and excitement, learning the science behind these practices, or trying out something entirely new, you will be the first feet on the ground at each new planet the ISS Pando visits on its interstellar flight.
